I'm Jackie Seigler and I offer reflexology in North West London for adults, babies and children.

Reflexology is a technique of applying gentle pressure to the feet, hands or face to encourage deep relaxation and stimulate the body's own healing processes.

I'm experienced in providing reflexology to help support a range of physical, hormonal and gynaecological conditions, from combatting stress to easing pregnancy symptoms.
