Jackie Seigler provides reflexology in North West London
Jackie can come to your home or office to provide a relaxing reflexology treatment.
Reflexology is a technique of applying gentle pressure to the feet or hands encouraging deep relaxation thus stimulating the body's own healing processes.
Jackie is experienced with treating various conditions such as insomnia, high blood pressure, PMT, back pain, IBS, Hormonal imbalances. She is also qualified in maternity reflexology.
About Jackie
Jackie is a qualified reflexologist. Having completed a diploma at the London School of Reflexology and gaining full membership of the Association of Reflexology, She went on to do further study at Morley College London and obtained City & Guilds in Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology and advanced pathology and obtaining membership of the International Federation of Reflexology. She also went onto obtain a diploma in Spinal Reflexology and Preconception, Pregnancy and post natal care.
Having always had a deep interest in the holistic approach to wellbeing, Jackie decided to train as a refelxologist with the view to practicing only on a part time basis within the voluntary sector. She offered treatments to family and friends and hence a full time practice was established. She continues however to devote a large part of her time to voluntary work.
Her approach is very simple and based around her understanding that every client is an individual with their own needs. Following a full assessment of lifestyle and ailments a course of treatment will be proposed that focuses on the central aims of reflexology, namely to balance the body systems and achieve relaxation and wellbeing.
Jackie continues to research and broaden her knowledge of reflexology. She is currently working with her clients on a study she has undertaken on stress reduction and weight loss.
