Jackie Seigler (M.A.R.)
I've always been deeply interested in a holistic approach to wellbeing, so decided to train as a reflexologist with the aim of practising part-time within the voluntary sector. When I offered treatments to family and friends it became a full-time job, but I still do as much voluntary work as I can.
My approach is simple - I understand that every client is an individual with his/her own needs. So I carry out a full assessment of lifestyle and ailments, then propose a course of treatment underpinned by the central aims of reflexology: to balance the body systems and achieve relaxation and wellbeing.
