Facial Reflexology

What is facial reflexology?
Facial reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy for the face. It can help rebalance health, relax facial lines and boost skin - all helping you look and feel younger and healthier!
Every body part maps to a corresponding part of the face, as it does to the feet in foot reflexology. The brain is the control centre of the body - and as the face is closer to the brain, facial reflexology can have faster effects than foot reflexology.
I'm trained in the Sorensensistem method of facial reflexology developed by the respected Danish therapist Lone Sorensen. Interested? Read on.
How does facial reflexology work?
The treatment involves a combination of massage and stimulation of the acupuncture points and energy lines identified in Chinese medicine. Using a variety of movements and strokes across the face, I aim to calm or stimulate areas of the skin - and corresponding body parts - where imbalances can be felt.
Facial reflexology encourages a natural boost in energy, blood circulation and facial muscle tone. It can lead to an improved sense of wellbeing throughout the body as well as a rejuvenated complexion.
Fee
A facial reflexology treatment lasts around 50 minutes and costs £50 - or choose the Foot & Face package at £75 for an hour and a half of pure pampering!
